Site Selection

Scouting potential locations for solar arrays includes considering many factors such as direct solar potential, environmental regulations, proximity of the potential site to the electric grid, zoning, bylaws, and more. We also take into consideration the community's valuable input before any new project breaks ground. Once a site is approved for selection, we can start working on lease or purchase agreements.

Our zero-cost to the owner partnerships are why many land owners, commercial businesses, and government agencies are turning to solar. We simply lease your space for our solar panels for the long-run and you profit from the lease creating a new stream of revenue for you or your business. Landowners can also benefit from energy cost reductions by participating in the community solar projects. Our contract underwriters and legal counsel is here to explain any part of this process to you relevant to the state you are in.

National Solar Group provides civil engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) for all of our projects. We order the most reputable equipment and ensure safe practices for our workers and job sites, and strive to deliver projects of the highest caliber.

After construction is complete, our Operations and Maintenance (O+M) divison takes care of the solar panels we install at your site. Our team consists of engineers and field technicians who integrate routine site surveillance via drones and other state of the art technology to identify any site issues that may arise due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances. Our team ensures the panels are well-maintained and operating at maximum efficiency throughout the duration of your contract.
